• Before joining Mesoamerica, Javier worked for the Multinational Air Products & Chemicals in Pennsylvania, where he worked in the strategic and financial analysis of new capital projects to the electronics industry and for CAIM the first venture capital fund in Central America
• During business school as Graduate Assistant, Javier helped Indiana Based companies develop their business plans and funding requirements
